If your product is missing parts or hardware, or has damaged parts, we will ship out, at no charge, the required replacement parts. Please fill in the form below. If you require assistance you may call our Customer Service Department at 888.777.8250 (Mon-Fri 9 am – 4:00 pm PST. Please indicate in the description box if you would like the tracking number emailed to you.
You are eligible for replacement parts if:
- Your product has been purchased as a new product within the past 30 days
- Your product was purchased from Venture Horizon Store
- You can provide us basic information on the box
- You can identify the parts required (from our instructions)
